My Passion

My passion for Pilates began when I left my busy corporate job in the UK to pursue a career in self-care and wellness. I've been teaching it since 2014, and it's become a life-changing experience.

I focus on contemporary Pilates and its principles, but also like to experiment with different movements. My clients and I explore innovative ways to move that lead to lasting body improvements.

My teachings prioritise restoring, re-balancing, and re-training the body while providing care and support. With a genuine interest in people and their unique situations, I strive to teach with authenticity and understanding.

My Approach

Over the years, I've further invested in my education and expanded my knowledge to include anatomy and physiology, a couple of Pilates methods (Body And Flow and BASI), diet and nutrition, pre and postnatal Pilates, postural assessment, and I have just certified with IIN Institute of Integrative Nutrition in April 2023 and The Biomechanic Method For Corrective Exercise. It's worth noting that dedicated teachers often continue their education to maintain their proficiency and stay up-to-date in their field.

Achieving and maintaining good health is a multi-faceted journey that varies for each individual. As a firm believer in bio-individuality, I recognize that everyone has unique needs. Through my personal experience with Pilates and nutrition, I've been able to restore my body to a state of vitality and well-being. Now, my mission is to help you do the same by introducing practical, sustainable changes to your daily routine. Working together, we can create a lasting impact on your body, mind, and soul, and empower you to thrive.
